These issues should have a tracking number.

I got a nice note from Zach about an item. Unfortunately, the note did not reference the title of the issue, or any other information that might help me identifiy the issue. A issue tracing # or pehaps automatically including the issue in any commuictions would be helpful.
On a related issue, it would be nice to be able to sort issues by submitter.

Yes, sorting, filtering, searching, etc. so it's easier for everyone to see if a problem is already under discussion, etc.
