Image Deletion

I'm trying to delete a gear photo. When I select "delete" from the drop down menu, the page refreshes as if it is doing something, but the picture remains. I am using Google Chrome as my browser.

I have the same problem. It gives you the option of deleting but doesn't work. I've tried in Firefox and IE8 - neither work. Grateful for a fix please!
