Negative Calorie count

I did a ride where my HR monitor was flaking out, so only has a handful of HR monitor points. This is confusing your algorithms and saying I burnt negative calories. Would it be possible to either have the algorithm handle this case, or allow me to remove all HR monitor points? http://ridewithgps.com/trips/16839

The calorie calc is very time sensitive as well. I forgot to turn off the garmin for several hours and it calc'd huge cals burned while I was eating and lounging in the pool. If only it were true.
