Resolved: Problem with KML import

Each attempt to import a KML file will always end up with the message "There were no tracks or routes in your file. Please try a different file format", even for files that have already been imported correctly previously.

I'll take a look at this tomorrow morning. I have been reworking all the upload stuff and *thought* I had gotten everything squared away, but evidently not! Sorry for the hassle.
