Resolved: Garmin Sync - "The plug in could not be unlocked"

I had a problem with my 305 today after a ride. I connected it to my laptop and the TC came up and downloaded the file. But it also reported a file error of some sort, but the data seemed OK. I connected to Garmin Connect, and it started to upload but then froze. On the 305 the screen went blank. The unit locked up and went dead. Blank screen. Power button does not work. Plug it in to change, no charge message. Call Garmin and they had me press MODE and LAP/RESET for 5 sec, then try power. It come up. I could load the file up to Garmin Connect ok. But when I go to RWGPS and the GARMIN SYNC, I get this "The Plug in could not be unlocked" message.

Having the same problem with the 'The Plug In could not be unlocked' message, my Garmin unit is working fine and Garmin Communicator is working fine.

Hey Simon, I just confirmed that it is working just fine. However, we did enable security stuff across the site, which affected some pages yesterday. We got that all cleared up yesterday evening, so that may have been an issue for a few users, depending on what browser they were using. Let me know if this is still happening and I'll dive in a bit deeper.
