Bugs - Speed and Cadence

I am still encountering a couple of issues with the site when importing from my Garmin Edge 305.
1. Cadence is still to low by about 8-10 bpm.
2. Max speed is not accrute and does not reflect the data in my Garmin, or on my Blackberry when using GPSpeedOMeter. It also does not match the max speed when uploaded to Garmin Connect or on the GPSpeedOMeter web site, which do match my max speed. The difference is about 5 kph. Are you not reading this information from the device?
3. The percent grade also seems to be quite inaccurate by several percent, mostly on grades over 3-4%
