Weird...I just tried firefox/chrome/opera all on linux, and tried firefox/IE7/safari on windows and all worked, both logged in and out. Anyone still experiencing this? Any extra information?

clm2343 - is this still an issue for you? I can't find this anywhere!! Makes me not sleep at night knowing someone can't use our service so any help is greatly appreciated. Exact messages of what happens, what browser versions, things that cause it/make it go away. Best possible thing is to get a screenshot and email it to ridewithgps@gmail.com if you can reproduce it. Hopefully I can get this squared away as soon as possible.

Yes this is still an issue for me. I see no map on the "draw a route" page, and I see no map when I view a route in my ride list. I do see a map when I browse the ride list. The "draw a route" page produces a javascript syntax error on line 835 as follows:
[Break on this error] return {active_subtab: export, ena...o_center: false, active_tab: overview};\n

Yes it still happens that there is no map available when I wish to draw a new route.

The fault is shown this way:

Got it fixed! Steve came through with some screenshots and a detailed report. Helped me figure out what it was pretty quick. It only happened when certain tabs and viewer options were set. The site remembers your options when you map a route, such as 'auto-center' and 'enable keyboard shortcuts', so next time you map a route the same options are checked. Anyway, it only happened for some people that had certain options enabled.

I love our users, you guys are so patient and helpful! Sorry for creating this problem in the first place.

This is still a problem. When clicking "DRAW ROUTE", there is no map displayed until I enter a zip code or other JUMP TO location.
