This 27-mile road ride starts climbing due west from Paso Robles as Peachy Canyon Road advances to connect with Vineyard Drive. The roads are narrow throughout without much shoulder. Riding these roads in the morning will not only help beat the heat in the summer months but will help you avoid the wine tasting drivers.
At the end of north Vineyard Drive, take a left for a light tasting of Rhône varietals from Tablas Creek Vineyards. Heading east on Adelaida Road, the road back to town just keeps rolling downhill, an excellent way to end the ride.
