Traits: Traffic, Infrastructure, Not_scenic

After passing the state beaches in the first half things go downhill fast. The road into Watsonville is in pretty bad shape, directions through the skate park area were a guessing game (maybe the paths moved), and the time on Freedom with high speed traffic isn’t great. 3/5
