Ride starts and ends at Queens Blvd. & Union Turnpike. Take the E or F train to Union Turnpike. Exit towards the front of the train. Once through the gates at the token booth, go left (towards the front of the train) and left again to exit at the “court house.”

Wide circle around JFK Airport, thru 5 Towns, Atlantic Beach, Far Rockaway, Howard Beach and thru Forest Park back to the start. Bicycle toll on Atlantic Beach Bridge.
