Oh kay. Wow. On the surface, this looks like a relatively easy, direct point-to-point. The problem is that you've got on-and-off-ramps from the Interstate, and roughly 5 lanes of west-bound traffic to deal with over I-4. There are also some complex left-hand turn lanes just after this intersection that can be misleading. So, here goes...
Once you leave Essex, and head West on 436, control your right hand lane until you get to Crane's Roost Blvd. WATCH OUT for the right-turn dividing island at the entrance to the shopping center where Chili's and VisionWorks is located. If you get stuck, do a pothandle (forgot the term) and re-enter 436 after negotiating the parking lot and making a legal U-turn. There are also some funky merges and exits from the north side of the street, especially around Golf Dr.
Starting just after the intersection at Crane's Roost, it's important for the cyclist to start merging left, 2+ lanes, in the FURTHEST LEFT LANE THAT GOES OVER I-4! AVOID THE LEFT-TURN ONLY LANES, OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!
Not until you get PAST the SECOND intersection, do you get in to the RIGHT-MOST, LEFT-TURN ONLY lane, to get South on to Wynmore. Once you're there, you're in better shape, but I can see how this one would be a doozy.
There's also the issue of a 2-lane to 1-lane squeeze south on Wynmore, just before you turn right on Westmonte. The final challenge is a suicide lane you need to get in to to turn left in to the apartment complex. Wow, tough setup, but doable with practice and SAVVY CYCLING!!

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800 including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrum trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 605 and 705, but will not have any custom cues. Edge 605/705 users follow these instructions.
Only the cuesheet entries, not the entire track. Useful for the Garmin Edge 205, 305 and Edge 500 for turn notifications (turn by turn directions)
Only the cue sheet. You can print it from Excel or another spreadsheet program.
