Started the day with 14% grade up Herman Creek Road. Later down the route, rode 11 miles on the shoulder of Interstate 84. Rode from Hood River to Mosier on the Old Columbia River Highway which is now blocked to motorized traffic, through the Mosier Tunnels. Climbed up to Rowena Overlook, dropped down to The Dalles, OR, then crossed the bridge over the Columbia River to return to Dallesport, WA.
