49K(23K/H).今晨決定來個消脂路線,控制心率在max55~70%,另外,既然是騎公路車,練騎就要有點,So 就肌力吧…大盤50/12~15跑全程,路線就走走瓜大田野路線~聖安路接河濱堤防道、慶光路至台14線,過貓羅溪橋馬上左進田野,迂迴而行至彰南路、148至台1線回家。輕鬆騎,除爬148大盤50/15,心率偶破70%外,全程很舒服無車爭道。環化賽後許多朋友對我是褒的很,說我是怎麼騎的等…我哩~~我該怎說呢?「真的是剛好搭上順風車而已呀!」…… 騎單車也一陣子了,對公路車騎行的要求,總是這樣,有騎出量總是會進步的,但當沒量時就該有質才行,多少還是會希望自己進步,至少參與活動或賽事不會太難看…哈^^ 所以,練騎有點,騎出質,算是重要吧~~我覺得…自己並無要當選手或是要多強才行,若是這樣子心態下騎車會是很痛苦的,又不是靠這賺錢呀~那麼拚作啥呢?? 如同小圓說的,能撐幾年呢? 看那些菁英選手每每練騎的量與質、飲食調控、生活作息、按表操課、軟體訓練…等等,真的會嚇死偶滴~~ So...騎車快樂、有流汗到…才是我想要滴~進步只是自然發生罷了!(想到以前練球操課表時之有感而發)...補註:148下坡前想喝口水時,才發現沒帶到水~這真是糟糕!回到家灌了一瓶沙士補回碳水化合物~哈…爽

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
