Climb aboard for an unforgettable ride on the Flint Hills Flyer!

Join us Sunday, May 18th, as we depart the station at Ottawa Bike and Trail and ride our bikes on a scenic 72-mile journey along the Flint Hills Trail, all the way to Council Grove.

Ride Schedule:

Departure: 9:00 AM from Ottawa Bike and Trail

Cruising Speed: 10-13 mph with scheduled whistle stops at designated trailheadsRefueling Stops: Osage City (longer layover for food & hydration)Final Destination: Council Grove

Riders can ride the full route or hop on and off at any of the designated stops along the way—your ticket to adventure is flexible! The timetable and route guide will be published soon. 

Passenger Information:

This is a self-supported (FREE) excursion – Pack your own water, nutrition, and gear.  No return ticket included – Riders must arrange their own return trip to the station or make it an out-and-back route of their own design.
