Every member of the Chicagoland Beer Exploration Society (CBES) should eventually have a beer or three at every brewery or brewpub in Chicago and nearby lands. With all the craft (mini, micro, nano, pico, etc.) breweries starting everywhere, it's not as simple as one might think.

The Society has originally been established by and for those who prefer bicycle as their primary way of getting to a brewery, but the Facebook branch of CBES welcomes every natural (that is, non-legal) person who would like to join the quest.

And, of course, a brewmaster who would like to invite the members to taste her or his brewskies, is always welcomed here.
