Three webinars were hosted for club admins and club members. Webinar one was focussed on admin features like inviting and managing members, managing the route library, events, and Collections. Webinar two focussed on club member features like accessing club routes and events on the web and mobile app, as well as loading routes to Garmin devices. Better manage your riders by controlling their access, unexpire them if their access has been removed, send messages individually or in bulk, and tag them to help categorize by group. - Disable Copying Routes
Prevent people from copying your routes to their own accounts by disabling route copying. When route copying is disabled, only route managers that are signed into the account will be able to make copies of the route. For all others, the option will be removed. - Repeating Events
Create a single event and set that event to repeat as often as you’d like. Configure your event to run every week, every month, on certain days, or whatever works best for you and your organization. - Add Event Organizer
Want to let all your riders know who is leading a ride? You can now add organizers directly to your events by selecting them from your member table.

- Archive Routes and Events
Want to pare down your route library or events list, but don’t want to delete them? We now offer the ability to archive routes and events in your Organization Account. You will be able to archive and unarchive routes and events to make what is visible to your members quicker to load and sort through. - Default Privacy for Routes, Events, and Uploaded Rides
Set a default privacy for rides that are uploaded, as well as when you create events. Choose between Public, Members Only, and Route Managers to make sure only the correct audience can view your uploaded rides and created events. - Link to Instagram
Keeping your riders connected: In addition to Facebook and Twitter, we now offer linking to your club’s Instagram account from the Club Account homepage.

- Event Calendar Embed
Embed a list or calendar view of your club’s upcoming events and rides. This embed is updated live whenever you add events or make edits. The embed links directly to the event so your riders can view routes in greater detail, export files, or print PDF maps and cuesheets. You can customize the embed to match your needs and style of your club’s website. - View a preview card of your route on the route library table. Hover over the route name or view link with your cursor to see a snapshot of the route map, distance, elevation gain, and elevation loss.

- New Club home page in the mobile app
We’ve added a new club home page to the mobile app for all your approved members. Both club routes and events sync to your member’s app automatically. They can access routes from your club’s route library or choose to see all your upcoming scheduled rides under events. - RSVP to Club Events Anytime
Club members can RSVP to your scheduled rides any time by choosing the event from the event list and clicking RSVP in the app. This gives you an accurate count of who will be attending and a rider list you can use to manage and communicate with your riders.

We’ve added additional features and options to the participant table to help you better manage your riders. You can control their access, unexpire them if their access has been removed, send messages individually or in bulk, and tag them to help categorize by group. - Disable Route Copying

With more options to customize and configure your account than ever, we added a dedicated Manage Account page to Organization accounts. This gives account admins one central place to manage billing, account set-up, and preferences. - Event Tags
You can now tag events in your event library just like you can for routes in your route library. Tags are used to organize large libraries so you can easily drill down and find the specific events you are looking for. Route managers can use tags, such as the event year, the group the event is intended for, the region where the event occurs, or anything else you choose to categorize your assets

- Official PDF
With the organization account, you can set an Official PDF for your riders. This gives your riders the chance to download the map and cuesheet you’ve customized for them with a click of a button. Riders still have the ability to configure the PDF if they choose, but for those looking to download the PDF quickly, this gives you the option to streamline things for your riders, guests, and participants. - Set Tag and Override City while Saving
Setting tags and overriding start city on your organization’s routes just got easier. Now you can do both quickly from the save dialogue when planning or editing a route. You can choose from the existing list of tags, add new tags, or remove existing tags.Tags are used to organize large route libraries so you can easily drill down on specific routes. Route managers use tags such as the year the route is being used, the route creator’s initials, the group the route is intended for, or anything else that will help you categorize your assets.
- Admin Permission
We have added an additional permission to your member table to allow you to designate an organization admin. An admin can lock and unlock any route in the organization’s route library and manage settings for the account. Organization admins will also be route, billing, and member managers.

- Member Tagging
With member lists continuing to grow and the Tour account becoming a central management tool for staff, we wanted to give you a better way to organize and manage your members.Now any member manager can assign tags to staff. This will allow you to sort and message groups with a few clicks. You can set tags for regions your staff lead or management roles for your staff. Members can be assigned as many tags as you would like.

- Route Locking: With our route locking feature, administrators (anyone with route, billing, and member manager designations) can lock routes, preventing entries from being edited or deleted by route managers.
- Automatic Backups: Use this new feature to purge old data from your route library while keeping it available to recover should you want it back in the future
- Branded Club Application: Riders who apply to join your club will now see a branded splash screen confirming their application and letting them know what to expect when their request is approved.

- Improved Auto-Approval Signup Process: We’ve made it easier for riders to join your clubs, events, and tours. Our new auto-approval process puts your organization’s name and logo in the signup process and reduces the steps for riders to be added to your club, tour, or event.
- Multi-Tag Filtering: Now you can tag and sort your routes using multiple tags. This is great for large route libraries and allows route managers to find routes quickly and easily.
- Organization Account Contact Info: Put your organization’s contact information right on the front of your Ride with GPS profile page, making it easier for riders to contact you.

- Epic Ride Weather Club Routes: Now you can see weather forecasts on your Club routes in the Epic Ride Weather app for iPhone and Android.
- Download All: Download all the routes in an event for Offline use in the mobile app for iPhone and Android. Go to your event in the app, tap DOWNLOAD ALL.

- Active / Inactive Member Options: Member managers can now set club members to active and inactive. Setting a member to inactive will not remove them from the club, but will remove club privileges and prevent them from seeing any club member only routes and events.
- Reconcile Member Names and Emails: Member managers can now override member’s first, last, and email address on the club’s member list. Doing so will not affect the member’s personal account settings. It will only change what is displayed to member managers.
- Changelog Notes: Now when route managers are saving route edits, they can type in what changes were made so other route manager will know what was done from edit to edit.

- Route Changelog: You are now able to view the edit history of all of your individual Club routes, showing the date of the modification as well as the manager who made the revision.
- Name + Email Required for Event RSVPs: New to events: require name and email address for participants who RSVP. When enabled participants will be required to enter their first and last name, and email address, to RSVP for an event. Route Managers will see this additional info in the participant list, along with their account nickname and the date they clicked RSVP.

- Export CSVs of Club Route Library and member list: Export a simple CSV file with a full list of all the routes of your Club Account or a full list of all your club members with contact info.

- Club Member and Event Participant Help Emails: When a rider gets approved into your Club or a Club event, we send them a confirmation email that includes helpful tips on getting the most from their account.
- Event Broadcast Messaging: Send a message to all participants of an event. Let them know of any updates or changes to the routes. Each participant will receive an email with this message so long as they have an email address associated with their account.
- Club Logos on PDFs: When route managers are creating PDF maps and cue sheets to send out to riders, they can now optionally replace the Ride with GPS logo with the club logo.
- Auto-Expire Participant List: For events with a start and end date, you can now optionally enable automatic expiration of event participation after 2 weeks, 30 days, or 60 days. This convenience feature is especially helpful for tour operators that use recurring events and don’t want to manually remove event participants.
- Rearrange POIs on PDFs: You can now easily re-arrange the order in which Points of Interest appear in the PDF. Additionally, the new default order is along the route rather than when the POI was created. This solves the common problem of out of order POI due to route edits.
- PDF Footer: We’ve added the ability to included a footer on both the PDF Map page and cue sheet page. Use this area to put emergency contact information, additional route notes, etc, and it will show up as a footer on each of the PDF pages.
