Every time we update features for our Organization Accounts, we’ll post those updates and links to affected help articles.
- New Club home page in the mobile app
We’ve added a new club home page to the mobile app for all your approved members. Both club routes and events sync to your member’s app automatically. They can access routes from your club’s route library or choose to see all your upcoming scheduled rides under events.
- RSVP to Club Events Anytime
Club members can RSVP to your scheduled rides any time by choosing the event from the event list and clicking RSVP in the app. This gives you an accurate count of who will be attending and a rider list you can use to manage and communicate with your riders.
- New Participant Table
We’ve added additional features and options to the participant table to help you better manage your riders. You can control their access, unexpire them if their access has been removed, send messages individually or in bulk, and tag them to help categorize by group.
- Disable Route Copying
You can now prevent people from copying your routes to their own accounts by disabling route copying. When route copying is disabled, only route managers that are signed into the account will be able to make copies of the route. For all others, the option will be removed.
- Create Repeat Events
You can create a single event and create duplicate events to repeat as often as you’d like. Create events to run every week, every month, on certain days, or whatever works best for you and your organization.
- Add Organizers To Events
Want to let all your riders know who is leading a ride? You can now add organizers directly to your events by selecting them from your member table.
- New Manage Account Page
With more options to customize and configure your account than ever, we added a dedicated Manage Account page to Organization accounts. This gives account admins one central place to manage billing, account set-up, and preferences.
- Event Tags
You can now tag events in your event library just like you can for routes in your route library. Tags are used to organize large libraries so you can easily drill down and find the specific events you are looking for. Route managers can use tags, such as the event year, the group the event is intended for, the region where the event occurs, or anything else you choose to categorize your assets

- Official PDF
With the organization account, you can set an Official PDF for your riders. This gives your riders the chance to download the map and cuesheet you’ve customized for them with a click of a button. Riders still have the ability to configure the PDF if they choose, but for those looking to download the PDF quickly, this gives you the option to streamline things for your riders, guests, and participants.
- Set Tag and Override City while Saving
Setting tags and overriding start city on your organization’s routes just got easier. Now you can do both quickly from the save dialogue when planning or editing a route. You can choose from the existing list of tags, add new tags, or remove existing tags.
Tags are used to organize large route libraries so you can easily drill down on specific routes. Route managers use tags such as the year the route is being used, the route creator’s initials, the group the route is intended for, or anything else that will help you categorize your assets.
- Admin Permission
We have added an additional permission to your member table to allow you to designate an organization admin. An admin can lock and unlock any route in the organization’s route library and manage settings for the account. Organization admins will also be route, billing, and member managers.

- Member Tagging
With member lists continuing to grow and the Tour account becoming a central management tool for staff, we wanted to give you a better way to organize and manage your members.
Now any member manager can assign tags to staff. This will allow you to sort and message groups with a few clicks. You can set tags for regions your staff lead or management roles for your staff. Members can be assigned as many tags as you would like.
We’ve added the ability to message multiple members at the same time. You can select members individually or filter by tags to message an entire group.
