Lake Nokomis and Chain of Lakes Route

Loop around Lake Nokomis and follow the Minnehaha Creek east to Lake Harriet. Travel north along the west side of the lakes to the northern tip of Lake of the Isles and return south along the east side of the lakes. Follow the Minnehaha Creek back to starting point at Lake Nokomis.
