On a very bright and chilly day thirteen of us left for London, unlucky for some. Fortunately, Lawrie and Jean were meeting us at Northalla Fields. It was a easy climb out of Uxbridge we passed the hut were the First Aid course was held a few weeks ago. Stuart gave out some emergency foil blankets to the attendees, at his own expense. Well done. At Northall tea stop we met with the Lawrie, Jean and David. Stu and Lilo rode to the top of the mound and took some great photos. (See attached)
Passing through Ealing and Kew Bridge we arrived at the Bulls Head. John and Brian peeled off. A delightful lunch was enjoyed. Across Mortlake Bridge along the bank to Richmond, Twickenham and Crane Park. Tea was at Moniz café and we dispersed.
