The ride is called the "Parkhill" ride because the single most challenging hill. While not too steep, the hill does continue to go on and on. In the end you will have climbed over 1,000 feet. From there, the remaining route to Creston is mostly down hill, although there are a few rolling climbs along the way. From Creston you have the gentle climb along Highway 229 before the steep, twisty ride down to Highway 58. This brings you back to Santa Margarita.
