The start point is 12 miles from the center of Waverly and 15 miles from the center of McEwen.

There's not much that's not gravel about this route. We start from Concord Cumberland Presbyterian Church and within a mile we're on gravel.

You get to kiss the Tennessee River at the most western point of the route, which contains 25+ miles of gravel.

However, avoid the going in toward the banks of the river on Turkey Creek Road with the hopes of it turning into Lakefront Drive and coming back up out of the banks that way. We could not find a crossover that did not involving jumping in the river.
