Forty five mile mountain bike race (some use gravel bikes) that includes trail, pavement and gravel. The race is located in the Laurel Lake area. The trail section is known as the "lake trail" which is part of the Sheltowee Trace.
The race Starts with a 2.8 mile gradual climb to the singletrack. From there racers has 8 miles of trail that hugs the shore of the lake. Riders then hit the road, crossing Laurel Lake dam and head into Whitley county. After a fast 4.5 miles of pavement riders then takle the "Southern Loop" which is 14.5 miles gravel 1 mile trail. After completing the Southern Loop Rider head back retracing the route back the finish
