Masters of None, directed by Will Fryar, reveals the marvels of the Grandfather Ranger District of Pisgah National Forest. Yes, that part of Pisgah that Kitsbow claims as home.
"The film, “Masters Of None,” was inspired by the camaraderie of a few good friends, who each have their given skillset, to take a journey into our beautiful state's wooded backyard. This journey wasn’t about the destination. Rather, it was about the many encounters, roads, rivers and shared times together. Though we are all very different, our love for cycling is what brought us together, and what better way to enjoy this shared love than to travel together across the place we all call home.”
These rambunctious friends test their mettle traversing the winding roads and trails that navigate Wilson's Creek, Linville Gorge and Lake James.
Us locals know there's a special pocket of vast wilderness that never disappoints. It starts with a journey along a wild, scenic river and escalates to heights that put you in front of ancient wonders. Our mountains beckon adventure...you have to immerse yourself into the belly of the beast to find its gems.
