Heatstroke 100 Road Route Loop 3

Good for an early Sunday morning ride when there is low traffic. Hwy 66 is chipsealed, but it doesn't extend through the entire shoulder so the shoulder has some loose gravel. Gravel sections around Lied Bridge are fine for road bike tires in dry conditions. Bridges in Louisville have gravel in the shoulders, so care is needed there. Church Rd is the only road without shoulders, so getting out early is better. Hwy 6 shoulder has some debris in places but is pretty standard for regional roads. For Nebraska, the scenery is pretty good.
