Nice mix of gravel/paved with plenty of up and down. Beautiful, wide open area - farms and rolling hills with almost no trees. Can be windy!

This was my least favorite of the rideviscious gravel fondos: ephrata, goldendale, leavenworth and ellensburg are more scenic. Nevertheless, still a good route and worth doing.

This is a challenging course. Plan ahead if you ride it, as support (gas stations, water spigots) are not convenient to the majority of the course.

Pretty good gravel, a 32-34mm tire would be dialed.
