Day 1: Pivka to Sviščaki — The Lynx Trail

The first stage of the Lynx Trail Bikepacking Route.

Leading you from Pivka, Slovenia through the karst mountains and deep forests of the Dinaric Mountains all the way to the Adriatic Sea in Rijeka, Croatia.

You will start at the DINA Pivka Center of Large Carnivores where you can buy your starter packages and take on your first challenge before the ride.

The visitor center is open from 11am to 2pm, Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please check online in case there are any changes!

The first stage brings you all the way to the small mountain village Sviščaki.
