The route is almost exclusively off road, on the OTET rail trail. Lots of shaded, wide tarmac in good condition.
Negatives - road crossings where traffic really does not stop, some with obscured view so you must stop to check before proceeding; some tricky navigation where turn by turn is confusing; final approach into Columbus goes through very poor area with homeless encampments.
The OTET_NB_South route Cincinnati to Xenia is even nicer!
Part of OTET ride I did in May as part of a week long tour. Great trail!
