Rode route (from 520 bridge) Aug. 29-Sept 2, 2024 on fully rigid gravel bike, 2.2" tires. FS road to access Kachess Ridge: somewhat chunky but not too bad. Miles 97.5-100: Kachess singletrack, black diamond, I think I HABed 95% of this, uphill and downhill. Apparently more popular to ride this north to south (so says Trailforks). Mile 100 to 104: No Name Ridge "blue" but let's call it a blue ++, still a lot of HAB for me (Trailforks has a few reports of "do you like pushing your bike uphill, nearly, seemingly, endlessly? then this is the ride for you!" also more popularly done reverse of what I did...). All with stunning ridgetop views! Gravel descent down to Cooper River was awesome, Pete Lake Trail was 85%? rideable for me, more fun on the downhill of course. Paved descent to Cle Elum River valley was fantastic.
