Really very, very nice Ride that I would like to do again.
Nice variety of terrain; rolling hills, beautiful rural and woodland scenery. The roads are in excellent condition. Light car traffic on a weekend. There is one short gravel descent but it is not too technical. The ride passes through 4 charming small towns offering places to refill bottles or get a bite to eat. Gorgeous views every mile of the route!
Fantastic scenery, a great mix of terrain, and a few thrilling descents. This is the route of an annual supported ride (3 food stops), to benefit the Harlem Valley Rail Trail (note: the majority of this route is on public highways). Roads were in great shape on 9/21/2024.
