Follow cycle track from Dunmore though Minnamurra wetlands and then through Kiama Downs to the cycle path along Swamp Road cycleway. A few Km along Jamberoo road to the Coffee Shop in Jamberoo. Moderate to hard. Cycleway and road. Steep in places. Very scenic.
