Trails & Climbs from Garrison (58mi) - 2 x School Mtn Edition

DESCRIPTION: Cold weather = climbing weather! Expect some fun, highly rideable trails through Fahnestock State Park and some killer climbs to match. Be ready for adventure! If you have the choice between narrower and wider tires, choose the wider tires. But folks will manage just fine on their normal gravel tires.

Our route takes the School Mountain Trail instead of our usual road route (East Mountain Rd). It loops across the School Mtn region again on the way back to double the fun. If your legs have had enough by mile 55, just head downhill to Garrison Station. It will still be a solid day of riding!

v2: Removes Long Hill Rd in the outbound direction (less out-and-back). It extends the loop at mile 58 to include Sunken Mine Rd, which is always a favorite.
