- Canberra - Alivio - Around Lake Burley Griffin

From Alivio cycle towards Lake Burley Griffin via the University or the city centre, then turn left to follow the path alongside the lake, towards the Jerrabomberra wetland and Kingston. Continue through the Parliament House precinct, Yarralumla and Government House. Join the path that heads north back to O’Connor. Easy and interesting riding. Optional stops at the Visitors Centre, Carrillon, Old Parliament House, Chinese Garden, Museums and Art Galleries. Coffee options along the way, including at the nursery near Yarralumla and lakeside near Kingston. Mainly level ride, lake views and lots to see. Can be done in an anti-clockwise direction.
