奈良県 若草山 登山

右上の地図選択で「Google地形図」にすれば少しは山地図らしくなるかな。

Jr尼崎駅から奈良まで自転車で走った後、若草山に登る。
若草山の途中まで自転車で登るも小石が転がる地道のため途中で自転車を諦め、徒歩で頂上へ。
鎌研交番所で奈良奥山ドライブウェイに出会い、左に折れて若草山頂上に向かう。右に折れると予定していたドライブウェイを芳山交番所まで下る道である。初めての若草山頂上は広々としており、三等三角点がある前方後円墳の「鶯塚（うぐいすづか）古墳」からは北側～西側～南側にかけての眺望が開け、足元には奈良市内が、その先には生駒山、六甲山が見えている。
下山後は奈良公園の中を通って近鉄奈良駅から輪行で帰る。
