This multi-surface ride is over 50% gravel. The route starts at Laurel River Lake Dam and head south into Whitely County, in the Daniel Boone National Forest. The route closely resembles the bottom of Boondoggle Bike Events' "Forty 5" route. Beautiful area!

This multi-surface ride is over 50% gravel. The route starts at @poi[Laurel River Lake Dam](48712611) and @slice[head south into Whitely County, in the Daniel Boone National Forest](d,768.87,7593.31).

This lollipop route starts and ends at the @poi[Laurel River Dam River Parking lot.](48712610)  @slice[You'll take a short jaunt across the dam](d,0,768.87) to get a look at Laurel River Lake before heading south.  The @slice[first five miles or so are paved](d,95.45,7897.77) before you enter some g@slice[reat quality Daniel Boone gravel forest roads](d,7978.5,17616.33). @slice[Excercise caution for the few miles on KY-90](d,20564.54,22358.49) before @slice[heading north again back into gravel goodness](d,22358.49,39731.76).

Be sure to take time to enjoy scenery and sites including
