Blackmans Bay to Tinderbox Loop

Created by: Bicycle Network Tasmania

Sun. September 20 10:00AM—Sun. September 20, 2020, 12:30PM

Location: Carpark at The Beach restaurant, Blackmans Bay

Organizers: Brian Chapman

This 19 km ride requested by young Renate Shadack and to be led by Brian Chapman will leave from the Blackmans Bay beach carpark near the corner restaurant known as The Beach Restaurant. The ride is mostly easy and casual to suit all bike types and experience levels - on mostly a quiet sealed road and also a short section of suitable red gravel road.

We make a half way stop at quaint Tinderbox Beach before heading towards Howden taking in the magnificent views on the way before completing the loop.

Coffee stop planned at the restaurant afterwards so you get to meet other cyclists.

If the weather is not suitable or if it is too windy the ride will be cancelled - please RSVP or text Brian so that you can be contacted.
We will gather for this ride at 9:45am for a 10am start.

Please text or phone Brian on 0429 125 638 or bchapmantas@gmail.com if you:
1. have trouble registering for the ride using the RSVP system explained below,
2. want to know if the ride will go ahead due to the weather,
3. would like more details about the ride, experience required, types of bikes suitable etc.

Please see the Terms and Conditions tab. If you RSVP you are agreeing to these conditions.
