Stelvio National Park, IT
Known for the Passo dello Stelvio, a high-altitude mountain pass --usually opening in the second half of May and closing near the beginning of November, Stelvio National Park is a protected area in northern Italy. This area is steeped in history, which can be seen from the speckling of WWI military ruins.
