Route Highlights

From Downtown Fayetteville, explore the Ozark Mountains south of town on this this 53-mile mixed surface adventure featuring mountainous gravel climbs and the spring-fed valley of the west fork of the White River.

With 3 distinct climbs, our ‘True Love’ route packs close to 3500 feet of climbing followed by long runouts of canopy covered gravel roads through rural Washington County. Following a 10-mile mixed-surface rollout from town, cyclists will find the first substantial climb – a paved punch up Wallin Mountain Road. A brisk paved descent leads to gravel and the days longest climb – an arduous 4.4 mile ascent up Everett Mountain and the routes highest point.

A midride stop in West Fork, Arkansas (mile 32) offers a variety of options to refuel including Jake’s Cafe – a town favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner – as well as a selection convenience and grocery stores. Back on route, it’s a final gravel climb out of the White River Valley and up Bloyd Mountain before mostly descending back to Fayetteville.

Where To Park

Downtown Fayetteville has a variety of both paid and free parking options available including multiple parking garages right off our Historic Downtown Square - like the Fayetteville Town Center Parking Garage with an entrance located at the corner of Rock Street and East Avenue.

After The Ride

Once finished, look no further than the heart of Fayetteville for a variety of post ride recovery options like the West Mountain Brewing Company – Northwest Arkansas’ original craft brewery – serving up a large selection of tasty beers brewed on location. To replenish the tanks, Tiny Tim’s Pizza (next door) serves up piping hot thin-crust pies, fresh subs and garden salads. Pro tip: Tiny Tim’s full menu is available to order at West Mountain Brewing Company.
