Great mix of flat and fast, rolling valleys leading to a great climb up to the Coll de sa Battaia, then an awesome descent from Col Femenia to Pollensa, finishing with a flat blast back to Tolo's!

This is a great mixed route starting at @poi[Tolo's Bar](1569628) on the seafront in Puerto Pollenca, there is a @slice[long steady flat ride](d,0,6108.01) out along the main road to Pollensa, taking the bypass around the outskirts, stay alert at the roundabouts as the locals drive all the way around the outside of roundabouts even if turning left!

Stay on the designated cycle track to the sides of the road where possible, as the law here dictates that traffic travelling in excess of 60km/h has to give a cyclist 1.5m space when overtaking.

Once clear of Pollensa and heading for Palma, look for a recycling point on your right, @slice[take the fork and head into the valley](d,12362.84,13507.51), it is narrow here in places so be aware.

There is now a lovely rolling ride through to Camaret, on to Selva and Caimari, the cafe '@poi[Routaverda](1569626)' almost out of Caimari on the start slope of the climb is a definite must stop, great food, awesome fresh fruit smoothies!

The climb up to @slice[Coll de sa Battaia](d,36970.87,39046.76) is a lovely route up through the trees with lots of switchback hairpins and some fantastic views once out in the open.

There is a @poi[petrol station](1569625) and @poi[cafe](1569625) at the Coll, where you can get ice cold bottled water to top up your bidons, then head off toward Lluc, the first turn on the right.

There is a nice @slice[little downhill section](d,39003.91,40576.1) toward Lluc, but at the junction near the bottom of the descent keep right on the road back toward Pollensa, once you reach the @slice[Coll Femenia](d,45333.25,52561.03) it is pretty much all downhill, with a great fast descent which lasts a good 10 minutes, look out for the great view of the valley and the Alcudia bay in the distance.

Once off the main descent there is a @slice[flat fast section to Pollensa](d,59696.07,64555.97) followed by the sprint back to @poi[Tolo's](1569628) and a well deserved cold drink!
