"Social climbers" is a social road bike riding group in Metro Denver, generally of riders 40 years and up. We will ride, weather permitting, most Tuesdays late February through October.
Riders are expected to be moderately to advanced as rides will typically be 40 to 70- miles with climbing of around 1,000 vt ft per 10 miles. Regrouping will occur at key turns or stop points. Early season and late season rides may have less climbing.
The role of ride leaders will rotate among group members - picking start location, time and general route. which generally will be posted Monday evenings.
