Mostly forest service roads with about 1 mile of single track trail with steep, muddy creek crossing. Couldn't make it thru with v-strom. Power lines are also option, but there is a gate with a very skinny path around it midway along power lines.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800 including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrum trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 605 and 705, but will not have any custom cues. Edge 605/705 users follow these instructions.
Only the cuesheet entries, not the entire track. Useful for the Garmin Edge 205, 305 and Edge 500 for turn notifications (turn by turn directions)
Only the cue sheet. You can print it from Excel or another spreadsheet program.
