The Wiseman's Loop starts at Hornsby, in Sydney's northern suburbs, and soon leaves the urban area to travel through a mix of farming and bushland. It follows and crosses the Hawkesbury River at Wiseman's Ferry, the majority of the route on quiet sealed roads (5km gravel). (less)

Rural views and cycling kangaroos - a cycling adventure around the slopes and plains of central west NSW. Visiting bushranger towns from the gold rush era, and the Banjo Paterson inspired 'Animals on Bikes'. (less)

Start at Balmoral Beach, one of Sydney's best family friendly beaches. Ride around the northern harbourline, with some short sharp hills discovering bushland reserves, wharves and views of Sydney and its harbour, finishing with a ride over the 'coat hanger' to circular quay. (less)

A 113km ride, most of which is on quiet rural roads, passing through bush and farming land. Best suited to bikes with wider tyres (e.g. touring bikes) as there is around 60km of unsealed road.
It may be ridden as a one day, or a multi-day ride - make a weekend of it and enjoy the peace of the bush. (less)
