The Jabron valley runs from East to West, in the South is the Lure mountain, to the North, the Baronnies mountain which creates the ancient border, separating Provence and the Dauphiné. Located in the region of the Alpes de Haute Provence, the valley ranges in altitude from between 460 m and 1622 m above sea level.
30 km from there is located the iconic Mont Ventoux.
Being passionate with bikes I have been riding around this area and I am willing to share with you the nicest routes around. 
## Road Bike
Being a relatively Wild area with almost no industries except farming the road around Montfroc have a very low traffic. Experienced and well trained riders will enjoy our hilly region

## Gravel Bike
A lot of forest road in the area, that allow to cross mountains often in a much shorter way that with the concrete roads.

## MTB Bike
When the slope gets over 15%, the dirt road become stony and/or too technical to be riden safely with a gravel bike the MTB trails

## Trail / Hike
MTB Bike routes are often compatibles with hike/trail courses. But when the slope gets over 25% some tracks may be more suitable for hiking/running
