Route Details

A short but very beatiful ride in the countryside of Valencia. Starting and ending in the historical town of Xativa specifically from one the best bakeries in town, @poi[Forn Del Pla](88227553). The ride goes acress quaint farmlands and small villages.

The Halfway mark is the village of Montessa, yet another historical village in La costera valley. Although @poi[the castle](88227555) isn't open (do check if things change) it's worth riding around and exploring the different views of the valley. I would also highly reccomend you grab a meal at @poi[Restaurante el ramallar](88227554), next to the castle, easily one of the best resturants I've been to in the region.

# Route
* Getting to Xativa is easy via a 45 min train from Valencia. 
* The route goes across farmlands and through the backroads towards Montessa. 
* There are so many historical points such as the castle of Montessa, Xativa old town and Restaurante el ramallar.
* The roads are quite, and traffic is very spotty.
