Drove to the Rose Bowl and parked near Lot K to join the HBC people (Alison, Patrick and Todd), along with Joe and Fernando from the usual group of the "Sunday boys' ride". We did the HBC's "shortened" version of the Montrose ride, and then I stayed with Alison and Patrick to grab some coffee and food at a favorite spot of Alison's, the Lavender & Honey. They do have a killer deli sandwich there, and good coffee (but not in large sizes). From there, I rode with them to Alison's home and then continued to Incycle, where I picked up a pair of bibs on sale. (I did pass Incycle and then checked the map for the exact location when I discovered I had placed my recording of the ride on pause during lunch.)
I then rode to my car to drop off the new bibs on my way to Mt. Wilson.
My legs were pretty much dead from my ride on Saturday, and everyone was dropping me on even short little cimbs, like the road up the back side of Santa Fe Dam. However, by the time I started from my car to Mt. Wilson my legs had pretty much recovered and felt much better. I was basically normal by the time I climbed from Red Box to the observatory gates, and I picked up my level of effort significantly along there.
Overall, it was a nice, rewarding day of riding.
==================
This file is patched together from parts of the original file uploaded from my RWGPS app on my iPhone 6 Plus, to which I spliced the missing 9.2 miles after lunch when I forgot to restart the recording of the ride. I saved a TCX history file of the ride that was originally recorded and uploaded to RWGPS by the app on my iPhone.
I edited the original recording of the ride into Parts I and III (the parts before and after the missing section). Then, I mapped the route I rode which was not recorded, and exported a gpx route file; I used the amount of time estimated by RWGPS to calculate the average speed of that missing section of the ride. I plugged this into a utility which converted the gpx "route" into a gpx ride file (with time stamps simulated for the gps data points in the file). I then used RWGPS to join the three files into this single file containing all the data.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
