20161106志安湖騎乘,,,,今天很落漆,100多公里的路程,其中有20多公里坐車,因為實在騎不動了.一直抽筋.老啦加上就沒練車.就會變成如此.騎車跟學習是一樣的"精於勤而疏於惰",一點都不假.A段是我拼了老命,腳抽筋還堅持了好一段路.接著就坐一段汽車到邊和吃飯.吃完午餐再自己騎最後的B段回到宿舍,完成今天的行程.最後還是有超過100KM,還好.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
