經過整個星期的下雨,而天文台的預測是星期日開始好天,加上周老闆新手團的吸引力,今天起步時約有四十人。
因為之前多天的大雨,今早也曾下個一埸大雨,以往幾次新手團起步會踩的新河背段將會變得不容易,周老闆就將路線改去仙霞洞、小長甘。但係我個人仍然擔心落仙霞洞的山徑會好跣,我選擇了好耐無踩過的蓮花山,再到石龍拱會合老闆的大部隊;結果約有十人與我同行。
以前好多沒什麼難度,好順利的山徑,今天我在好多位置都有派牌,亦有好多落級位窒步,唯沒有導至受傷,算是順利完成。周老闆告訴我說,落仙霞洞好跣,樂乎每個人都跣低過。
另外,今天爆呔比較多,而據我聽聞三上三落的開始位置就有四單,親眼見到三上三落中段一單,落黃泥墩那段兩單。
今天騎行到大欖環塘開始的位置時,認識到一位獨自踩車的新朋友 Ben,他說一向是踩公路車的,兼踩山地車只約兩個月左右;他說現在喜歡踩山地車多些。
另外,整個行程完成的比較遲,四點半左右才到大棠酒家,以往踩這路線,多數三點半左右就可以了。
雖然今天的時間比較遲,但係好神奇的是我仍然支持到,也沒有飢餓的感覺,除自已帶的飲水外,途中唯一補給就是石龍拱與清快塘吃過一些水果,加一罐可樂。又做出大欖涌上去黃泥墩車路一腳到頂,以往曾試過這段有九成推車的。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
