Langford Loop

From Uptown Mall south along the Goose to connect with the E&N trail. It,s ridable now as some but not all of the barricades have been removed. Rode the new sections from Naden to Songees reserve and from behind Thriftys to Old Island Highway. The end of the trail at the reserve has a mysterious gate that requires the bikes be passed through the fence before proceeding. Old island Highway to connect with the Goose again. Off at Wale road and Goldstream up to Liegh road and the overpass to nowhere. Came out behind Costo and rode up Millstream rd. to the Loghouse Pub for lunch.
Home via Millstream and Atkins Ave back onto the Goose.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
