Mahana Ridge Hike

This hike begins and ends in Kapalua. It's an out and back that has a lot of climbing and that was made more difficult with the heavy rain we had been getting for over a week. The trail was full of water and the mud was really slick. I only fell once but felt I was going to fall about 100 times. The backs of our legs from the knees down were really muddy. I still haven't been able to get all the mud out of my toe nails. GPS malfunctioned and we were on the same trail all the way but the GPS showed us on different paths up and down the mountain. Also, didn't record some areas so just have straight lines in some areas. Profile is really squirrely.

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
