Because of a weather forecast of heavy rain (wrong again) there was another very low turnout of Loiterers. I suspect that long ride leader Woody had been using his secret formula pheromone spray again as the only people electing to follow him were four lady Loiterers. How his face lit up as they lined up behind him, how he glared at me when I said I would come too; though I must admit I did feel like a spare p**** at a polygamous wedding for most of the day. Having said that Woody did us proud with a cracking ride utilising lots of bits of route that most of us had not been down before (quite a few alleys came into play). For a change there was nothing "not on today" from the Ship menu. Talking of menus, the Ship is a Greene King pub and I had photographed the menu while I was there (because Google told me to). Later that evening I was in the Old Bill in Uxbridge which has the same Greene King menu EXCEPT that the prices are cheaper by as much as £4 !!!!
That aside a great day out with Woody and his girls and no rain till the last ten minutes.
