As much as the sun can enhance my mood, the fog can really ruin it... like it did on today's ride. I was constantly wiping my glasses so I could see.
I took it chill on Med Center and I planned on taking it chill around the lake but I kept following wheels going around people until I was up with the front group somehow. Didn't have the legs for the final sprint though.
Second time going to Tartine and the second time the sensor on my camera became fogged up. I HATE YOU FOG!!!! I HATE YOU!!!!
Not sure I'm a fan of Tartine either. I wasn't really in the mode for a croissant this morning but I thought I should get one considering. I wanted to get the Savory Scone and a Morning Bun so I substituted the scone for a Ham & Cheese Croissant.
Good pastry. Ham was fine I guess but the Swiss cheese was so overpowering (I'm not a fan of Swiss cheese in general). I couldn't finish it. I wanted to dump it. Kathryn helped me finish it.
Their Morning Bun is just okay too. It has some nice crisp to it but it's too dense and chewy in a hard way. There are layers of flavors but the overriding flavor is sugar which is never good. It's like eating a candy bar.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
