home to work via Mal's office

Mal and I ride together, so I stopped at her office before heading to mine. The gps unit did something weird as we were riding past Meadow Park. We normally ride *through* the park on the bike trail, but for some reason it shows me riding along the street next to the park. I dunno... maybe we actually rode on the street that day. (?)

Also note that the huge gap in the middle of the ride (when playing back the ride) is me sitting at work. I stop the Garmin when I get to work, then start it up again when I leave, but the playback here is still showing that all-day gap where my bike is sitting parked.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
